• Root-Space.eu reserves the right to disable or delete any file that might compromise the security of our servers, use excessive bandwidth, violate this ToS or is otherwise considered undesirable (at our sole discretion).


• The free file hosting service is provided as-is with no implied warranties of any kind. Root-Space.eu can not be held responsible for the loss of data or other damages which may result from (lack of) functionality of our service.


• Root-Space.eu does not allow the following types of files to be uploaded:
  • Pornographic files or files displaying lecherous acts.
  • Files featuring excessive nudity or genitalia.
  • Files which are abusive or racist in nature.
  • Files which depict extreme violence or gruesome scenes (e.g. dead people).
  • Files which violate the privacy of the individuals depicted.
  • Files which violate copyrights or patents.
  • Files which contain spyware, malware, trojans or viruses.
  • Files which violate any international law.
  It is entirely at our sole discretion to determine which images fall into the categories described above. Please note that it is impossible for Root-Space.eu staff to actively check every single uploaded file.


• Root-Space.eu reserves the right to deny access to any user who uploads files that compromise the security of our servers, use excessive bandwidth or are otherwise deemed to be misusing the free file hosting service.


• Root-Space.eu reserves the right to deny hotlinking privileges from websites whose users are found to be frequently misusing the free file hosting service. In such case, linking to files using text links is still permmitable.


• If you find any file which violates our Terms of Service, please send an email with the exact URL to abuse@root-space.eu.


• Root-Space.eu reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service any time without prior notification.
